1Does my child have to be on a routine or schedule in order to be sleep coached?
Yes. In order for your child to be successful with sleep coaching a routine and a schedule are very important. A routine and schedule can work wonders in allowing the care givers to understand the child’sday to day progress as well as allowing the care givers to be more in tuned with the child’s over all life.
2How old should my child be in order to begin sleep coaching?
It is recommended that sleep coaching begin between the ages of 4 months and 6 monthsdue to the development of a regular sleep-wake cycle, and also, babies tend to sleep longer stretches on their own within those ages.
3How much should my child weigh in order to begin sleep coaching?
In order to begin sleep coaching, the recommended minimum weight your child should be is 14 pounds.
