A 30 Minute video call via webcam, skype, or facetime
One 8-hour over-night consultation beginning at 10pm and ending at 6am you choose the night either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday night where I coach you with the first night of sleep training.
Unlimited text messages for the next seven days from 9:00am to 11:00pm (PST) (Excluding Sunday)
One scheduled 15-minute phone call per day for the next seven days (Excluding Sunday)

One 1-hour in-home consultation, where we discuss your sleep goals, fears and anxieties surrounding sleep training, I conduct a nursery assessment and we come up with a plan of action for your child
